We at Signature Salon want to be able to provide the best service to as many of our valued guests as possible. As a courtesy to our guests, we send an email reminder and a text message reminder two (2) days in advance to remind guests of their upcoming appointments. We also provide a cancellation list for guests that are waiting to see a fully booked stylist. In the past, we have had several no-shows or last minute cancellations, leaving stylists with gaps in their schedules that were too last minute to fill, even with several people waiting on the cancellation list. Due to the demand of our stylists, and the fact that we as a business get paid by our time, we have decided to implement a new cancellation policy and no show policy for our company effective January 1st, 2017.
We know things happen and we understand that the occasional last minute cancellation will happen from time to time. We will continue to track guests’ last minute cancellations and no shows. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment or cancel it with less than 5 hours’ notice, our system will now “flag” your account and we will require a credit card number on file in order to reserve another appointment. No charge will be made at this time. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment or cancel it with less than 5 hours’ notice a second time, your card on file will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
We hope this policy will help to cut down on no-shows and last minute cancellations and, therefore, allow us to accommodate more of our guests and continue to offer the Signature Experience.
