One of of core values here at B. Monroe is education. We place top priority on educating our team on product knowledge, formulation, application, guest care and so much more! We bring in top-tier industry professionals from all over the country to continue bringing our guests top-tier service and treatment. Our stylists look forward to our Education Days because it helps them stay the most up-to-date on industry knowledge and trends all while remaining relevant in their field and expertise.
Within this core value, we also focus on raising up and impacting the next generation of stylists. Several times a year we host B. Monroe Academy- a free educational class where our talented in-house educators spend a few hours teaching cosmetology students and new stylists on a topic- offering real world experience and expertise during a hands-on demonstration.
This past weekend we hosted a Foiling Fundamentals Class taught by our in-house educators Andrew Brown and Aubrey Corbitt. We had several attendees in this class who were able to learn and grow in this practice and learn more about career opportunities at B. Monroe! It was a great day and it gets us so fired up to see stylists in the early stages of their career seize opportunities to learn, ask questions and grow into talented and competent business men and women in the beauty industry!
