My passion is growing my team and challenging each of them to reach their goals. I am constantly trying to improve my business and love coming up with new and creative ideas to give our guests the best B. Monroe Experience every time!

My favorite part of my career is being able to lead my team with the goal of helping them reach their fullest potential of what success looks like to each individual, and as a stylist, being able to serve my guests in a way that brings them joy on the inside and out.

Whether it’s designing graphics, taking pictures, developing messaging or marketing materials- I get to be a salon hype-girl and that is so fun to me. I love watching this team and business grow and being a part of that!

Being a stylist allows me to be creative with my skills and sense of style. I love how this industry brings something new everyday. Not only is it rewarding to see my guests happy with their hairstyle, but it is so awesome to see them light up on the inside as well!

I love thinking of hair as a blank canvas to paint on. It’s my little masterpiece that I get to bring to life. I also like cutting because you get to create how the hair frames the face and what it looks like with color. What I love about being at B. Monroe is looking around and watching tons and tons of coloring and cutting. I can take a sneak peak at so many different projects every day.

This industry allows me to meet all sorts of interesting people. I love that I get to have great conversations and learn about the awesome, new people I meet on a daily basis!

I love my job! The best part is interacting with everyone around me, whether that be the B. Monroe tribe or my lovely clients, and consistently learning new things.

I love that the beauty industry and styles are always evolving and we are always learning something new! There are so many different styles and personalities in the world, and I love matching the client’s hair to their true selves.
