Compensation
What you earn as a Stylist at B. Monroe Salon is a direct reflection of your talent and the level of service you offer your clients. We offer haircuts, highlights, color, formal styling, blowdry services, as well as treatments and waxes. We also have a wide variety of haircare products which offer an additional retail compensation for extra income.
B. Monroe Salon offers different compensation levels to Stylists based on performance and demand of time. Stylists have the ability to quickly move into higher compensation levels based on achieving their level goals for 3 months in a row. Movement into higher compensation levels is measured by the number of clients, retail sales, prebook percent, new client request, etc.
