Educational Opportunities for Students & Sylists

 

B. Monroe Salon is proud to offer a variety of complimentary classes throughout the year for Cosmetology Students or Licensed Stylists who have been in the industry 3 years or less. We place high value on hands-on educational opportunities and continuing to develop a stylist’s skillset and craft as they grow in this industry. Our B. Monroe Academy consists of hands-on training with our knowledgeable in-house educators. These sessions offer a wide variety of information to help sharpen your skills as a stylist for your future clientele. For us, our goal is to meet and connect with you and give you the opportunity to learn and grow in a fun environment and also learn about our salon company!

Our team offers this program because we care about the future of our industry. We are a team of stylists who specialize in finishing, coloring, haircutting, and business building skills. We know that knowledge is power in this industry- the more you know the more you grow, and the more you can earn for yourself! The early years of building your business is already challenging, so we want to share tools and expertise to other stylists so we can all elevate the beauty industry together.
